All wedding day events will take place at the Shinola Hotel's event venue, accessible via the Farmer Street entrance (1435 Farmer Street).
4:30 Sip & Settle
We kindly ask all guest arrive at 4:30 pm. Prosecco and water will be served as you find your seat. We request all guests be seated before 5:00 pm.
5:00 Vows
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos once the processional has begun. Personal photos are welcome starting at cocktail hour.
5:30 Cocktails & Canapés
Immediately following the ceremony, join us in the Foundry Room and terrace for an hour of music, signature cocktails, and passed canapés.
6:30 Dinner
We'll gather in Bixby Hall for a seated dinner featuring seasonal fare, toasts, and a few surprises.
8:00 Dancing
The lights go down, the music turns up. Head to the dance floor for our first dance and stay for a night full of moves, laughs, and a few unexpected bops.
11:30 Last Dance
We’ll close out the night with one final song before saying goodbye. Don’t worry, we’ve got plans to keep the celebration going.
11:45 After Party
For those who want to keep the party going we will follow up with details / location in the coming weeks.
